I can’t believe it. Isaac’s gone. This afternoon, we decided that we couldn’t let Isaac deteriorate any further, knowing that it was our responsibility to do what’s right for him, regardless of our pain.
Isaac was the last of our “planned” dogs. We’ve still got two Shelties that we’ve adopted ourselves (Sly and Star), but Isaac […]

Hi, I wanted to share with everyone the information on Jackson’s new Mom and Dad’s business — also daughter Tabitha’s business —The Black Spool. If you’ve had embroidery done and haven’t had it done here I recommend that you try them out in the future. The The Black Spool is family run and has always […]

I’m really depressed tonight. I’m in Boston tonight for a business meeting tomorrow, and I phone Barbara a couple of hours ago before I headed off to dinner (at a very nice Afghan restaurant) with a friend of mine. Barbara told me that she’s increasingly concerned about Isaac, our last remaining “planned” dog. Isaac is […]

A week ago Sunday, I pulled a Dad and seven puppies from a local dog control pound. Mostly in rescue, I have dealt with older dogs and even when I’ve had a puppy or two, they came singlely. After getting them home, and carrelling them in the kitchen, I realized that I had […]
