• Scum of the earth...they should be relinquished themselves
• Shouldn't own a dog in the first place if they can't take care of it...put them on the Do Not Adopt lists
• Poor decision, but not everybody thinks about dogs the same way I do
• Very sad situation and everybody suffers from it, but it's understandable
• If they've lost their home or their job and it's a choice between feeding the kids or keeping the dog...well...at least they turned the dog over to rescue instead of the pound!
