		<description>Well, I'm not the biggest dog lover in the world and I live in France.  However, in my experience, most of the dogs that one sees in French restaurants, stores, etc., are miniature dogs that owners (often) carry... almost as a fashion accessory. Generally the French are not so caring about their pets - especially in the provinces where domestic animals, like dogs, serve a purpose.</description>

		<description>I think "dog friendly" is more like it. I saw a lady walk in SubWay here in town and the manager asked her to leave very rudely, citing heath concerns about having animals in the restaruant.</description>
