A Quick Update

Not much time to write today, but I thought I’d brag that the Sheltie Rescue booth here at the National has finally broken $11,000!!! There is a (very) slim chance that we might break $12,000, but that’s going to be a stretch. That’s a long way from the $16,000 we took in last year, but it’s better than nothing.

The rescue quilt is gorgeous . I think it’s the best one we’ve had for several years. I’ve bought my $20 worth of tickets! We’ve sold a pretty good number of tickets for the quilt, which suggests that other people think it’s beautiful, too :)

I learned (last night at the ASSA membership meeting) that the agility entry on Sunday was the largest in quite some time — over 400 runs. Obedience and Rally entries were ‘way up, too. I thought that Herding entries were up, but they weren’t mentioned explicitly by the person making this report.

On this day..
